Q: How do you accept payment?

How much time must be allowed for shipping?
A: Most orders ship within 2-4 business days.  Custom orders generally ship between 10 and 15 business days.

Q: Does Zephyr Solutions have product warranties?
A: Yes-all of the products sold by Zephyr Solutions offer a one year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Q: How can I place my order?

Q: Do you have wholesale pricing?
A: Please contact us if you are a wholesaler or distributor and we will send you a detailed wholesale price sheet.

Q: Can you ship worldwide, and what are the costs for shipping?
A: We sell to distributors around the world and can provide you with  freight quotes and required documentation for international customs and transport.  We can also drop ship products to the freight forwarder of your choice within the USA.
